Report Request Form (Part 1)

     
To guard against misuse, OSCAR first sends all generated reports to the appropriate schedule coordinator.  The coordinator then forwards the report to the email address that you specify.  Because this process requires human intervention, results may not be immediate.

Requesting a report is a simple two-step process that supports centralized as well as squad-based coordination.  To complete Part 1, fill out this form and press the "Continue..." button.
